HOW WE COMMENCE OUR DOCUMENT, FILING, & RELATED SERVICES: We request copies of all of the legal documents associated with your case including the original complaint, affidavits, motions, etc. & any legal documents filed by the Defendants (inasmuch as you have readily available). We request a retainer to be paid by

We charge $30 per hour & a 10 to 30% Commission. We start with a retainer of $300 (10 hours). If it takes longer than 10 hours in any given case, we will request additional retainers & so on until we have completed our services. We do not estimate how long it will take us to complete any given set of services. We operate as expediently as possible. We do not take breaks or lunches on your clock. We save you as much $$$ as we can. Our services should be of value at every submission. We submit our work to you in periodic increments such as before we request an additional retainer if needed. If you need us to reduce our retainers to $150 each, we will do so; however, 5 hours will produce that much less & then we will request the next retainer. Please let us know if you do not understand this payment paradigm. Our billing includes any time we spend regarding you & yours, including time spent communicating (except for the free initial consultation), time spent composing / editing documents, filing, invoicing, or otherwise assisting you as you self-represent.
